Most of our customers call us asking for at-home junk pickups. Its our most popular service, and we're happy to provide it. The "hard" part can be done on the phone in advance of your appointment. All you have to do is select a window for our crew to come by, let us know which items we're taking, and arrange for payment. Everything else is done on our end - that includes hauling. Don't bother calling over friends and tempting them with pizza. Our team is well-equipped to move even the bulkiest, heaviest items.
Once we have everything, we'll be on our way. Our process involves many stops along the way. We love doing donation pickups, so if your items are in any condition to donate, we're happy to do it. In cases where recycling or a dedicated facility are a better fit, we'll stop at the best place. Certain items are required to be disposed of in very specific ways by law, and we comply with all California state statutes and other laws that may apply.
