Truck Team Leader - Junk Xpress San Diego

Junk Xpress United is a growing company, and a leader in the junk removal business. We are also a U.S. based business, unlike some of the largest names in this industry! We are looking for qualified applicants as a Truck Team Leader to join our organization. Truck Team Leaders carry out our most important tasks. You will be the face of our organization in front of the customer in the field. Truck Team Leaders are clean cut, in uniform, and ready to work. You will lead by example, and display excellent customer service skills. You will ensure safety measures are followed, and ensure Truck Team Members take precautions to avoid damaging property, work with efficiency, and tidy up the work area at the conclusion of the job. You will also ensure that company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are adhered to by assigned team members. We service a wide range of residential and commercial customers throughout California and Nevada. Enjoy work while being out on the road. Every day is a new adventure! Qualified candidates MUST be customer service orientated, and be able to: Conduct accurate estimates to customers, Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with potential long hours, Load and/or unload our trucks with safety as the top priority, Complete tasks at both residential and business locations, and Schedule daily routes/ operations while managing a team in the field. Minimum qualifications include: At least 2 year of customer service experience (luxury hotel experience preferred). Have a valid CA driver’s license (No DUIs or excessive tickets). Must demonstrate leadership and a positive attitude. Be able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 75 lbs. safely. Have a phone with a data plan. Be available to work long hours Additional job tasks may include: Schedule and facilitate vehicle/ fleet servicing, Ensure teams have the equipment/ uniforms they need to perform their daily tasks, Search, identify, and capture potential business opportunities.
