Booking Agent/Operator

Junk Xpress United is a growing company, and a leader in the junk removal business. We are also a U.S. based business, unlike some of the largest names in this industry! We are looking for qualified applicants as a Booking Agent/ Operator to join our organization. Booking Agents/ Operators may work in office or in the convenience of their own home. Booking Agents will typically answer inquiries and/or phone calls from a variety of potential customers. The position will monitor online form submissions, webpage traffic, conduct follow-up calls to potential customers, and coordinate invoice billing. Booking Agents also will coordinate with Truck Team Leaders, and relay important customer requests and/or information so that Truck Team Leaders can effectively conduct operations, streamline scheduled routes, and tracks scheduling. We service a wide variety of residential and commercial customers throughout California and Nevada. Qualified candidates MUST be customer service orientated, and be able to: Have excellent verbal and communication skills, Conduct rough estimates and quotes, Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while displaying superior multi-tasking/ prioritization skills, and Be able to coordinate effectively. Minimum qualifications include: At least 1 year of customer service experience (luxury hotel experience preferred). Must demonstrate a positive attitude. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
